Biochemistry BSc Welcome Pack

Welcome to Biochemistry BSc 2025.

Welcome to BSc Biochemistry at the University of Northampton. I hope you enjoy your time with us, learning lots of new ideas and techniques along the way. If you need any assistance please do not hesitate to email me and I will support you as much as possible.

Your first year will be a good foundation for you to build upon, looking at chemistry, biochemistry, cell biology, laboratory skills, microbiology and genetics. This will help you explore the various applications of biochemistry and allow you to build your own degree (via module choices in second and third year).
