Human Resource Management MA and PGDip Welcome Pack

Welcome to MA (Placement and Non-placement routes) and PGDip Human Resource Management 2025.

You will gain a world recognised academic qualification – the MA HRM or PG Diploma in HRM – which is accredited by the CIPD. This will support your career prospects and CV but most importantly, you will explore how to become a people professional who makes better decisions, acts with confidence and leads change ethically and creatively.

  • Resourcing and Talent Development – identifying strategies to develop the potential of people and organisations
  • Employment Law and Relations –analysing the employment relationship and the nature of conflict
  • HRM in Context – evaluating the environment in which HR strategy is developed; designing solutions for organisations
  • Dissertation and Research Methods – personal supervisor supports with the research and writing of a dissertation
