Northamptonshire is known for its rich history in the shoe and leather industry, historic sites, and is home to the famous Silverstone Circuit which hosts the British Grand Prix. The county has a rural charm, combined with modern developments, making it a diverse region.
Outside of Northampton town, you can find shopping centres such as Rushden Lakes or Centre: MK, which are both a 25-minute drive from campus. There are various places to visit in the county such as historical estates like Althorp House Estate, country parks like Sywell Country Park and much more.
